So this is the cat and mouse as best friends design, not enemies. The cat is this round-headed kawaii figure with big dark eyes and a build across 5 colours, and the mouse sits right next to it, same vibe, same chubby proportions. Theres a red heart sitting between them like they're sharing it. Really cute concept and I realy think it hits that sweet spot between funny and adorable.

Build has 5 colours total: cream white for the cat body, warm orange tabby patches, soft grey on the mouse, black for the eyes and outlines, and red for the heart. Stitch count goes from 8,387 at the smallest 2.97 inch size up to 21,954 at the full 6.34 inch width. professional digitising software set the underlay so the satin column outlines on both characters hold a clean edge even on jersey fabric where you sometimes get distortion.

Drop a medium cutaway behind under cotton or fleece. For the smaller sizes on denim or canvas, back it with a sturdy stabiliser because those 8,000-stitch builds still have a fair bit of density in the face areas. My customers love stitching this on kids hoodies and tote bags for birthday gifts. A customer last month ordered multiples for a daycare supply project, which I wasnt expecting but makes total sense for this design.

Skip dark navy or black fabric for this one because the cream body of the cat gets lost. White, oatmeal, soft pink, or mint green backgrounds let all 5 colour changes read clearly. Pop it on light pastel fleece and its basically the most adorable thing on a blanket. Hoop firmly, keep your tension consistent, and youll get clean results all the way through. Holler at me if anything in the file needs sorting and I'll fix it fast.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
