The woman here has that editorial fashion portrait look, long elegant neck, full lips, defined brows, hair swept up. Its not a sketch outline either, the face has proper filled sections in different skin tones so the portrait reads with depth. The lips are bold and the whole thing has this high-fashion illustration quality to it.

Nine colours and the smallest version is 2.49 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall, great for tote accents or sleeve placements. Largest goes to 5.34 by 7.5 inches which gives you a proper portrait size for shirt fronts. Stitch count is 9,437 on the smallest, recieved a few requests for the large 29,671 stitch version on makeup bags, and its a popular one for beauty business owners.

I get orders for this one from nail techs, lash artists, anyone running a beauty biz basically. One customer used it on aprons for her salon staff last spring. Looked really sharp on black twill, she ordered 6 of em. I cant think of another design thats worked better for beauty brand merchandise honestly.

Use medium-weight fabrics, cotton twill, canvas, denim, or polyester blend all work well. A cutaway stabiliser is worth it given the portrait fill density. Try to pick a base colour that contrasts with the skin tone section, youre looking for good contrast so the face detail reads clearly.

Stitch on a bag, a cap, a jacket, a makeup pouch. Honestly works almost anywhere thats got a clean flat surface. Dont overthink the placement. Dm me if you have questions about the file or want to ask about sizing.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Makeup artist tote bagsA mid-size version on a canvas makeup tote makes a practical gift for beauty professionals or clients.
  • Fashion tee chest placementOn a white or cream tee the portrait works as a fashion statement for anyone who loves editorial illustration style.
  • Cosmetics pouch or bagSmall size stitched on a cosmetics pouch lifts the everyday bag into something that feels deliberately designed.
  • Hairdresser uniform accentsOn a salon uniform jacket sleeve or collar area the portrait acts as a subtle but distinctive brand marker.
  • Style-focused wall hoop artStitched on a linen hoop and framed it reads as proper wall art for a beauty or style-focused studio space.
  • Boutique gift packaging fabricOn cotton ribbon or small fabric panels it can work as decorative tag or packaging accent for boutique items.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
