Four golden retrievers sitting in a line like they were told to stay and actually listened for once. Two have santa hats, two have reindeer antlers, christmas lights wrap round all of them with coloured bulbs dangling between their paws. The fur is sand-gold with black sketch strokes for texture. Six colors, 5 color changes, stitch count from 23,473 at the 2.56 by 4.51 inch run up to 42,815 at the largest. You can tell the breed from across the room.
Hoop polymesh beneath knit fabric. The black fur strokes need a firm base to register without ghosting, thats the one step you dont want to skip. Pop it on cotton twill or canvas and tearaway works fine. Use a topping on fleece to stop the light strand details sinking into the pile. Dont compress the hoop too much on soft materials, the fine sketch lines in the fur are what give this piece its character.
Golden retriever owners are a specific kind of obsessed and this hits that niche directly. I get enquiries for this one most novembers, people making gifts for the dog mum who has everything already. Its well-composed, the alternating hats and antlers give the four-dog row a natural rhythm. Stitch it across a denim jacket back, frame it on natural linen, run it across a tote front. Email me if youre not sure about sand-gold thread substitutions and Ill point you somewhere useful.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
