The whole wreath here is built from the cord itself, not an outline behind it. Bulbs in purple, green, yellow, orange, blue, red, and a second orange go all the way around the heart path, with little coil loops of black cord between each one. It looks like someone took christmas lights and bent em by hand into a heart on the wall. That organic quality is what I was going for when I digitised this, because a hard clean outline would've looked too flat and digital. Doesnt look like a vector. Looks like actual lights.

Four sizes, from 2.8 inches wide by 3.51 inches tall up to 5.2 inches wide by 6.51 inches tall. Seven colours means 7 thread stops. Stitch counts are on the heavier side for a lights design, 6,173 stitches on the smallest and 12,296 on the largest, so this sits firmly in the complex tier. The cord coiling and the density of 363 means lots of direction changes in the digitising, Im pleased with how the underlay holds those shapes when you stitch it on a firm backing.

One customer ordered the 5.2 inch version last christmas for a denim shirt back panel project. She told me the wreath read perfectly from a few feet away and the looping detail was visible up close. Suprised by how clean the purple and blue bulbs came out against the dark denim. Press a heavy cutaway underneath it and use topping film on any napped fabric or those small loops sink into the texture. On smooth cotton or denim its not needed but the cutaway is non-negotiable at this stitch count.

Stitch on white, cream, or light grey for the best view of all 7 colours. Dark navy or black fabric swallows the blue and purple bulbs so dont go too dark unless you test first. Works great rotated sideways as a pocket or sleeve accent aswell.

Dm me if your thread count is off or any of the coil loops look misaligned in the preview, I can check the file.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
