Sketched this one out on a linen pillow swatch in november, the concept was to weave a quote right through the string lights so the text becomes part of the tree shape rather than floating above or below it. Eight thread colours total: pine green for the branch fills, warm gold for the script lettering, then six colour passes for the individual string light bulbs threaded between the words. At 8,907 stitches minimum and 19,340 at the top 7.5 this is the most stitch-dense christmas design in the catalog, it earns the $3.99.
The tricky part was the gold script, the customer asked if the font could be swapped to something more block-like, it cant without re-digitising from scratch, the satin path logic in my workhorse software traces the italic stroke angles specifically. But it reads clearly down to a 3.5 in mini which I wasnt sure about until I send me a test run on kraft-coloured canvas. The result on kraft is warm and slightly vintage-looking, like a hand-painted holiday sign. Pine green against kraft is one of those colour pairs that just works without being predictable.
Use a heavy cutaway stabiliser, this file runs at 443 stitches per square centimetre at max density so anything light underneath will shift. Hooped in an 8-inch or larger hoop at the big size, standard 5-inch for the mid sizes. Avoid dark fabrics unless youre swapping that warm gold thread to ivory, the lettering disappears on navy or charcoal without a colour change. Best on natural canvas, kraft-toned linen, or cream cotton twill.
Add it to a Christmas throw pillow, a linen tote for seasonal decor shopping, or stitch the small version on a fabric gift tag. Message me if the quote text in the file isnt printing clearly in your software preview.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
