Heres the christmas reindeer dinosaur mashup, basically a kawaii t-rex wearing brown reindeer antlers strapped on his head and a whole string of christmas bulb lights wrapped around his body. Bright green skin with darker green shading, dark red spiked ridges run along his back, sharp white teeth in a big grin with salmon pink mouth, plus two sand coloured stars floating beside him. The bulb lights along the wire are in green, orange, yellow, and dark blue, kinda chaotic and fun.
11 colours total, the heaviest swap count in the slice alongside a couple others. Brown, salmon, white, black, sand, dark red, dark green, yellow, orange, dark blue, plus bright green for the body. Stitches go from 14,800 at the smallest 3.46 by 3.5 inch up to 33,195 at the biggest 7.39 inch wide version. Density at 599 medium. Customising the bulb colours to your kids favorites is super easy in your machine software. my professional tool built the file, the satin column angles across the green body scales so the dino reads textured not flat. Youll find the antler base reads clean even when the rest of the head is dense.
One customer ordered the 5 inch size last christmas for her dino-mad nephews kindergarten tee, said the kid wore it every day for two weeks straight. Kinda the dream sign that the design worked. The 4 inch size also fits onto a sweatshirt left chest or a felt stocking front panel perfectly.
Best on cotton, fleece, jersey with heavy backing, or canvas where the heavy fill can sit clean. Use heavy cutaway stabiliser, the 11 colours mean alot of fabric stress through the run, youve gotta back it firmly kinda like other dense designs. Skip thin sheers, the density will pucker em badly. Pop topping above fleece or terry so the bulb outlines and antler tips sit up clean on the loop. Run polyester thread for the bright green and the brights on the bulbs, those colours need to stay punchy through wash. Pre-wind several bobbins because the colour swaps eat them quick on long runs. Slow your machine speed on the small bulb sections, theyll register cleaner at a lower rate.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
