Sent this snow globe house piece through a bunch of test stitches before listing it because the holly leaf detail on the sides was the tricky bit. Inside the dome theres a small red cottage with lit windows, two little pine trees beside it, snowflakes scattering through the glass and a snowy ground line.

The whole globe sits on a coral pink wooden base, kinda old fashioned music box vibes, and the real character comes from two big sprigs of holly leaves with red berries fanning out from behind. Those holly leaves use directional satin fills so the leaf veins actually show up instead of being a flat green mass.

Stitches out clean across 13 colours, 5 sizes from 3.5 inch up to 7.5 inch wide. A customer wrote me back in november saying shes stitched ten of em across two weekends for her family tea towel gift run. The smallest version comes in at 13k stitches which is honestly really manageable for a multi colour design, the biggest tops out at 31k so its still not crazy.

Best run on woven fabrics where you can show off the holly detail. Cream linen, natural cotton canvas, denim and quilters cotton all hold the design well. The red cottage walls land bright on neutral backgrounds, gets muddy on dark fabric so skip black and deep navy.

Slip a tearaway under woven cotton, swap to a cutaway stabiliser for any fleece or knit. Send a message if the file load fails through stitch-out and Ill resend it within hours.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
