Seven colors, 5 sizes and this snowman is dead chuffed about christmas, you can tell just from looking at him. He's got this very round puffed-up body, tiny stick arms, a carrot stub of a nose, and a bright red Santa hat flopped to one side. Round the neck theres a big chunky garland of alternating aqua and teal-green beads, very festive, with 3 red dots going down the belly like buttons.
The color sequence is straightforward to run through. Sand for the satin-fill body, black for the bold outlines and eyes, red for the hat and belly accents, white on the brim and pompom, the aqua and green garland threads, and orange for the nose. The black outline weight is deliberately heavy so the design reads clearly even at the smaller sizes, which is why it works well on kids clothes where you want something that holds up after a few washes.
Design is taller than wide, which makes it a natural chest piece or front-centre placement. The hat adds a good bit of height so leave some extra room at the top of your hoop when you're hooping up. Smallest size is about 3.5 by 2.6 inches, biggest goes to 7.5 by 5.6 inches, thats the one for a full front sweatshirt placement. Lay cutaway under it on any stretch or jersey fabric to keep the dense satin fill areas from puckering. Stitch it on fleece, cotton jersey, felt and canvas. Back it on a firm base and the face detail stays intact.
