A proper round-bodied snowman figure with a top hat, carrot nose, scarf, button details, and a candy cane held out to one side. The body isnt just a flat white satin fill: theres shading built into the underlay on the chest and head sections to give it a rounded 3D quality when stitched. Six colours in total: white on the body, black for the hat, red and white alternating on the candy cane stripes, orange for the carrot nose, and a warm green or red for the scarf. Density at 997 means you'll feel the weight of this one when its stitched on thick cotton or fleece, its a high-coverage fill design.

Five sizes from 3.51 inches wide to 7.51 inches, and stitch counts are substantial: 21,532 at the smallest up to 47,485 at the largest size. Thats nearly fifty thousand stitches on the top end and you need to plan for it. stick to firm cutaway underneath, nothing lighter, that solid body coverage pulls hard on the fabric base during the run. Float if you cant hoop, but clip the stabiliser close rather than letting it hang loose. A sharp 90/14 needle handles those passes better than a standard 75/11, especially in the 3D shaded sections where multiple satin layers overlap.

Ive seen this go onto stockings, tote bags, and holiday cushion covers but the best result I've personally had was the 6-inch face on a mid-weight white wool blend, the white satin body literally felt sculptural coming off the hoop. One customer who bought it last christmas stitched the 5-inch on a holiday sweatshirt pocket panel and said the raised 3D shading on the chest got comments every time she wore it. Use the small 3.51-inch on a felt christmas stocking panel if ya want a fast project, the stitch count is still 21,532 but it goes quicker than the bigger sizes. Best on stable woven fabrics where all the satin layers can sit flat without topping, though a wash-away sheet helps on any surface with texture.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Holiday cushion cover centrepieceWool blend wall art panel at 7.5 inches where the near-50k stitch density produces a sculptural raised finish that feels different from flat embroidery
  • Festive sweatshirt pocket or chest panelCanvas tote holiday carry bag running 7.5 for a statement seasonal piece that covers the whole bag front and turns heads at the supermarket checkout
  • Holiday gift tote bag statement designSweatshirt pocket panel at 5 inches with heavy cutaway: the 3D chest shading reads well on cotton fleece and customers keep wearing it after december
  • Seasonal table centrepiece framed hoopLinen framed wall hoop at 6 inches in a round 10-inch frame: a reusable christmas centrepiece that stores flat and comes back out every year
  • Christmas wall art on wool or linenHoliday cushion cover at 5 inches on cotton twill for a sofa decoration with real visual weight, the kind that doesnt look deflated

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
