Big red five-point christmas star ornament with smaller stars clustered all inside the silhouette. The outline of the main star sits red, then dozens of smaller stars in different sizes and styles scatter through the body of it, plus dotted bauble circles bunch through the gaps between em. A lil hanging loop and bow sits at the top with a string trailing up. Its real proper ornamental feel.

Single colour, just tomato red, the whole design runs in one straight pass with no thread swaps. Stitches go from 16,516 at the smallest 5.5 by 4.88 inch up to 21,756 at the biggest 7.5 inch wide version, density at 436 medium-light. my standard software handled the build, the satin runs at an angle along the big star outline, and fine fill stitches anchor the smaller stars and bauble dots inside. Place the artwork symmetrically so the layout reads level not crooked. Customising the colour to match your decor is super easy in your machine software.

One customer ordered the 7 inch size last christmas for a cream cotton throw pillow front, said it became the focal point of her holiday lounge. Just a clean simple result. The 5.5 inch size also fits onto a felt stocking front or a tea towel corner without crowding.

Best on cotton, linen, twill, canvas, or felt where the dense satin can sit flat. Use medium tearaway stabiliser, the design density is moderate so it doesnt need anything super heavy. Skip thin stretchy jersey, the dense star outlines might shift slightly. Pop topping above terry or waffle so the small star and bauble outlines wont sink between the fibres. Run polyester thread for the red, the colour stays bright through alot of holiday wash cycles. Pre-wind a couple of bobbins because the heavy fill burns through em faster than ya think. Use a 75/11 sharp needle so the fine bauble dots register clean. Hoop firmly with the design centred carefully, theres a real suprise in just how much detail this hides at small size. Youll see it once the first run finishes.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
