Worked up this christmas tree in a santa sack design and its kinda just a truly good classic holiday image. The tree pokes up out of the top of a tied red sack, branches fanning out wide in that old fashioned triangular christmas tree shape. Little round ornament dots sit on the branches in a few colours, and the sack below has that bundled rope tied look. Its a warm and familiar image that reads instantly christmas.
Eight colour threads which sounds like alot but the digitising in my standard software meant each colour is cleanly separated, so your thread swaps dont feel chaotic. Comes in 5 sizes from just under 2.5 inches wide up to about 5 inches. Heights run from 3.5 to 7 inchin width so the tallest is a good size for a tote bag front or centred on a stocking. Stitch count tops out around 35,800 on the large so hoop everything on cutaway stabiliser, especially knit fabrics.
A customer this christmas past asked me to customise one of these with a name on the sack area and it turned out really well. She stitched it on a canvas tote for her daughter and the name just sat naturally across the lower sack portion. Reach out if you want advice on adding text placement around this design.
Use a topping on terry cloth towels or fleece so the satin fill on the sack doesnt sink. Stitch on navy or forest green for maximum contrast, the red sack really pops against darker backgrounds. Pick the 4 inch size for a tee chest piece and the 5 inch for anything bigger you want as a centrepiece.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
