Its a two-colour piece and thats the whole appeal. Silver-grey forms the bulk of the letters, white fills the lighter highlight areas, and together they build up into a snowflake shape. You dont see the words first, ya see the snowflake. One customer ordered a batch of these last December for her whole team and said they were suprised it wasnt just a regular snowflake, took them a minute to read the words inside. Thats the reaction you want.
The tricky part with word-art-as-shape designs is that the letterforms have to be consistent size and weight or the snowflake silhouette breaks down. I spent time digitising this in my standard software making sure the satin columns on each letter are the same density, 474 across the board, so the visual weight reads evenly from all sides. Stitch count runs from 11,339 at the small 3.5 x 3.16 inch size up to 24,030 at 7.5 x 6.76 inches. 4 sizes total.
Best on navy, deep teal, or charcoal hoodies, the silver-grey really needs a dark background to pop. Avoid light fabrics because the two colours blend into the background and you lose the snowflake shape. Place medium cutaway under and standard hooped placement for sweatshirt front. Add a topping if your hoodie has any surface texture, it keeps the letter edges sharp.
Pick the 7-in cap for adult hoodie chest placement, the 3.5-inch for a sleeve or pocket location. 2 colours, done. Text me if the file doesnt download properly and Ill get you sorted.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
