truly dense on colour, this bird. 16 colours in the whole design and you can kinda see every single one of em when you stitch it up. Round plump body perched on a branch, wings raised just slightly like its about to launch off. The digitising uses directional stitching on the feathers so the layers actually look like feathers rather than flat colour blocks, and theres proper white highlight stitches along the chest and wing edges.

4 sizes from 3.55 inches to 5.92 inches wide, stitch count between 27,361 and 50,236. The feather sections build plumage in layers, each colour change stacking from base fill up through the highlight colours on top. All 4 size options stitch cleanly with good coverage.

My niece wanted this on a cushion cover last christmas and I stitched the 5.92 inch version on cream cotton and it came out exactly as vivid as the preview. People keep askin about it when they see it.

Use a cutaway stabiliser for the bigger sizes because 16 thread swaps puts real tension on the fabric. Cotton, canvas, denim and linen all work well. Avoid lightweight silky fabrics since satin columns in the beak and feet sections need a firm base. Pick a neutral background like cream, white, sage or navy so the tropical colours read properly.

Send me a note if anything doesnt load right and ill sort it for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
