Three tall feathers grouped together, 3 colours: terracotta orange, teal blue, and dusty rose. Each feather has its own shape and the barbs splay at slightly different angles so you get a trio that reads as three distinct things rather than a repeated motif. Ive been realy careful to make each feel individual. The satin fills on the barbs run at real directional angles so they catch light differently depending on your thread sheen.

Five hoops spanning 3.5 to 7 in baseline, stitch counts 12,492 up to 33,275. Density at 627 gives the fills body without stiffness on linen or cotton gauze. Press a thick backer behind knit blanks. Stitch it on woven canvas with a tearaway and youll be fine. Lay water-soluble film if your blank has any pile to stop the stitches sinking in.

One customer last spring sent photos of all three sizes on a boho table runner and it genuinely looked boutique quality. Suprised me how well the terracotta read against raw linen. Its not just tee shirts, this design moves alot in the home decor space too.

Holler if you need a size outside the five included and I can see what I can do.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Boho tote bags and canvas pouches5 inch size centres well on a tote front panel and the earthy palette works on natural canvas.
  • Linen throw pillow covers for home decorStitched onto a 14x14 inch linen cover in terracotta thread this reads as intentional decor, not craft project.
  • Denim jackets and shirt pocketsthe chest-size 3.5 fits a shirt pocket cleanly and the satin feather fills look sharp against raw denim indigo.
  • Bohemian wall art hoopsMounted in a 10 inch wooden hoop over cream linen it sells well at markets and pop-up craft fairs.
  • Baby blankets and swaddle wrapsThe smallest 3.5-in across the muslin swaddle is soft enough with the right cutaway that it doesnt scratch.
  • Festival headbands and hair accessoriesA single feather from the trio stitched on a wide headband gives a quick boho accent piece for festivals.
  • Aprons with a boho kitchen aestheticCentred on an apron bib in dusty rose thread on white cotton it gives a relaxed artisan kitchen feel.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
