Thirteen different heart balloons all bunched up together, each one a different colour, packed in at slightly different angles like someone just let go of a big celebration bunch. The design reads wide and low, 7.51 inches across but only 5.32 inches tall at full size, so its got that classic balloon cluster silhouette. Stitch count runs from 15,119 at the small end up to 34,880 stitches for the largest version, and with 13 colour changes thats alot of thread swapping but the result is realy vibrant.
I digitised this in industry tools with each balloon getting its own satin fill layer so the colours are completely clean and dont bleed into each other. The density at 873 means each balloon has proper body and wont look thin on the fabric. Colour sequencing was set up to minimise back and forth between the bobbin and the hoop as much as possible.
Stitch it on white, cream or navy cotton twill for best colour contrast. Use a cutaway stabiliser underneath because 34,880 stitches at full size is substantial and you need the base to stay stable throughout. Customers who do party banners and festive pillows use this one alot. One customer texted me a photo last christmas of it on a sand cotton tote and said the 13 colours looked even better stitched than in the preview.
Pick the 3.51 inch version for small patches or card-making projects on stiff interfacing. The 5 inch and 7 inch sizes are great for pillows or large tote bag fronts. Try to keep your thread tensions even because jumping between thirteen colours can cause the occasional gap if tensions are off.
