Three pencils sitting in a lil holder, each one a different colour, and each one has this tiny face down near the base which is whats makes it charming instead of just a generic school supply design. The left pencil is red-tipped with a cream yellow body, the centre one is the tallest and uses olive and yellow-green, and the right pencil is brown and burnt orange. The holder across the bottom is brown with a pink detail strip that ties the colours together.

my embroidery software output the fill sections at a density of 955 stitches per square inch, which is on the higher end but these pencil bodies need that coverage to look crisp and not patchy at the mid sizes. Youre looking at 10 colours total with 10 colour changes, so budget around 11 thread stops on the machine. Stitch counts go from 14,179 at the smallest 3.51-inch size up to 37,078 at 7.51 inches. The larger sizes take abit of time to run but the detail in the pencil tips and faces really shows at 5-plus inches.

Teachers keep asking me about this one. Just last month a customer stitched nine of em onto canvas pencil cases as end-of-year gifts for the whole class and said the kids went wild for it. Run it on white or navy cotton twill with a cutaway stabiliser, the 10-thread sequence needs a stable base or youll get shifting between colour stops. Avoid sheer or very lightweight fabrics for this one specifically.

Its a great one for back-to-school items, teacher appreciation gifts, and kids craft room decor. Best on cotton canvas, denim, and felt for the sharpest satin edges on the pencil outlines.

Dm me if any of the 10 thread colours need clarification and Ill send you the full colour chart reference.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
