Wide-brim cowboy hat in side view, the whole crown and brim acting as a window into a desert sunset. The hat brim fills in deep purple fading to hot pink across the rim, and thats the dominant colour block when you step back. Inside the crown, horizontal bands of turquoise and gold build a classic southwest sky. Over that sky in solid black silhouette sits a rider on horseback, a small dog trotting beside them, a tall cactus to the right and a palm tree with drooping fronds on the left.

Six colours doing a lot of work. The brim purple-to-pink gradient covers the biggest stitch area, satin fill running diagonal so the blend doesnt look banded. Silhouette elements are solid flat fill, no shading, which keeps the retro poster feel clean. Density is 1,078 stitches per square inch and the 7.51 by 4.48 inch size comes in at 36,266 stitches, its a substantial project for a large hoop.

Smallest size is 3.51 by 2.1 inches, good for a chest pocket or a cap front. Big size is for jacket backs, large tote panels or denim cushions. Stitch on black, dark navy, white or tan fabric. The purple brim reads strongest on white or tan but carries well on black. Choose mid-weight cutaway, dont use tearaway on this one, its too detail-heavy. Hoop denim firmly and dont let the hoop registration shift mid-stitch, the thin gold edge line shows drift immediately.

Its like those vintage western poster prints from the seventies, the faded neon retro ones. Someone who organises country music events told me last year she ordered 4 of the jacket-back size for her stage crew, said it became the unofficial uniform for the whole run. Good for merch, western fashion or anyone who wants something with a bit more character than the usual horse-and-rope designs.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
