Drew up a cowboy skull with sunglasses and its got that proper outlaw western vibe. The skull sits dead centre, wide-brim cowboy hat shading the top half, dark wayfarer sunglasses across the eye sockets. Underneath the jaw theres these tribal tendrils trailing down, kinda like octopus arms or smoke curling out, gives the whole piece a weird biker tattoo edge.
Only two thread colours which keeps it clean. White does most of the skull and the teeth, and a mid grey handles the hat outline and all the directional shading on the brim. No bright fills, no third colour, just the linework doing all the heavy lifting.
I cooked this one up after a customer messaged me asking for something for a country halloween party shirt run last october. Now I get orders for it on biker patches and rodeo merch too. Its kinda the sort of design that suprised me with how much it sells year round.
Comes in 5 sizes from 2.76 inch up to 5.91 inch tall so it covers everything from a left chest patch to a full back panel on a denim jacket. The 4.5 inch range hoops cleanly on most home machines aswell.
Stitches best on darker fabrics where the white pops. Try it on black tees, charcoal hoodies or dusty navy denim. Layer tearaway under woven cotton, swap to cutaway if youre doing it on a stretch knit. Message me a note if the file gives you trouble. Drop a quick note if anything looks off and Ill resend the file.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
