I made this one last october after a customer wrote me asking for something that was halloween but also had a bit of that ranch/western feel. Heres the thing, I wasnt sure how well a ghost in a cowboy hat would land, but it turned out to be one of those designs that just clicks. Two sizes run from 3.48 to 4.48 inches wide, and the stitch counts go from 13,024 up to 17,949 depending which you pick, so theres alot of detail packed in there for the smaller option aswell.
Seven colours total, digitised in my professional tool at density 138, meaning the satin areas lay flat without that stiff cardboard feel you sometimes get on busy halloween designs. I'd suggest a cutaway stabiliser on stretchy fabrics like t-shirts or jersey, especially if you're hooping something that has alot of give. The underlay on the ghost body is directional so it keeps the white from sinking into dark base cloth. And the hat brim uses a tight satin column that holds its shape even after washing.
People are mostly putting this on kids trick-or-treat bags and halloween tote bags, but I've also seen it on adult costume accessories, little ghost patches sewn onto denim jackets look genuinely good. Stitch it on a black canvas bag, on the chest of a flannel, or as a centrepiece on a halloween pillow. Pick the larger size for anything that needs to be read from a distance. Avoid fleece without a topping, the loops catch the bobbin thread and muddy those fine detail lines around the spurs. Holler at me if the download link acts up after purchase and I'll get it sorted for you.

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
