Worked this out so the heart shape comes entirely from the words, you dont see a heart outline, just ingredient names and little kitchen tools crammed together until the silhouette appears. Sugar sits across the top, Salt tucked beside it, eggs in a handwritten slant on the right, flour near the bottom. Theres a teapot, a whisk, a little cup and spoon scattered through the gaps. I know it sounds like a lot but it holds together as a clean heart when you step back from it.
Customers asked for something like this back in November, something that reads differently close up versus from a few feet away. Close up its a list of baking ingredients. From a distance its a heart shape. Thats the double-read that makes it worth putting on a cotton apron or a linen tea towel. Use white thread on dark navy fabric and the heart silhouette reads clearly from across the room, ive tested that and it holds.
Single color, so matching threads easy. 4 sizes from 2.94 inches wide up to 6.29 wide. Press a firm cutaway against the reverse of the panel pre-hoop, the fill density at the largest size goes up to 25,952 stitches and itll need a solid base to lie flat. Stitch it slow at the 6-inch size and check the thread tension first, dense stitch counts are unforgiving when tensions off.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Kitchen aprons as a baking-themed giftWhite thread on a dark navy apron makes the word-heart pop cleanly from the chest area.
- Tea towels or dish cloths for avid bakersSingle color blends well on natural linen tea towels, earthy and understated.
- Tote bags for trips to the farmers market or groceryThe 5-inch size sits well centered on the front panel of a sturdy canvas tote.
- Canvas pouches or cosmetic bags for a baker friendSmall canvas pouches with the 3-inch version work as cute gift packaging for cookies.
- Quilt squares in a baking-themed memory quiltThe single color makes it easy to match to existing quilt block palette choices.
- Cushion covers in a kitchen or breakfast nookA 6-in face on a cushion center reads well from a typical seating distance.
- Fabric labels or tags on homemade baked goods packagingThe smaller size stitches cleanly on cotton twill tape for handmade label use.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
