Took me a while to get the pentagon panel spacing right on this one, soccer balls are actually kind of tricky to make look proportional at small sizes. One customer ordered it for their kid's whole league in June, 12 bags that same week, which was a good sign the sizing range was working. Classic layout, the ball split at the centre horizontal line with a flat name banner running below it, like the ball's sitting on a shelf.
Pop a tearaway or light cutaway stabiliser under this one. Its a single-colour build and the density's open at 254, so the fabric shows through as the lighter panel gaps. The background colour becomes part of the design that way. Stitch it on white or cream and you get the traditional pale-and-black look, stitch it on navy and youre getting a dark ball with a blue panel gap instead, which isnt a bad look on sports bags. Hoop with firm tension or those pentagon outlines'll shift and the spacing goes wonky.
Six sizes from 3 inch at 3,817 stitches up to 6.5 inch at 13,297 stitches. The 3-inch runs fast and tucks neatly onto a shirt sleeve or a hat panel. The 4 to 5 inch range is what most people grab for youth sports bags and gym sack fronts. The 6-inch works well on a canvas tote or a large patch on a duffle. Theres no colour changes in this file so the stitch-out is quick, just one stop, done.
Name bar is blank so you add your own text in your software before sending to the machine. Works in satin or fill lettering depending on the size. Small text at 3 inches needs satin, at 5 or 6 inches fill lettering holds up fine on most wovens and doesnt look blurry.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
