Ping me if anything goes sideways with the file, but this dabbing beagle puppy is one of the funnest cartoon dogs Ive drawn lately. He's mid-pose, one paw thrown back behind his head, the other tucked across his snout, tongue lolling out like he just nailed the move. Total goofball energy on a 5.92 inch white cotton canvas.

The colour work is where this design earns its keep. Chestnut brown ear patches, a clean white belly, tan around the snout, that bright pink tongue, plus a pop of green grass under the paws. 11 colours total which sounds like alot but the colour changes are arranged so the bobbin doesnt have to swap mid section. Took me a fair bit of digitising to get the directional stitching on his ear flaps right, they actually look like dog ear texture and not a flat patch.

I get messages from mums and aunties around back to school season asking for something fun for kids tees, and this guy answers. Stitch him on a plain navy or white cotton tee, hooped with a medium cutaway stabiliser. Last christmas one customer ordered nine of these for her sons whole travel soccer team, stitched on hoodies. Said the boys wouldnt take em off.

Skip the smallest size on this canine, the face details want at least 4 inches wide to read clean. Use a sharp 75/11 needle on the largest 5.92 inch version, around 67k stitches sit dense across the chestnut head sections. Pick polyester thread over rayon for kids gear that hits the wash twice a week.

Comes in 9 sizes, all 8 formats included. Pop him on a plain backing fabric for best results, busy patterned cotton will fight the design.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
