Cooked up the dead inside but caffeinated piece and honestly its been my best coffee humour seller for months. Grey skull in the middle wearing this big chunky pink ribbed beanie pulled down low, holding a tall pink takeaway coffee cup in one bony hand. The text curves around it, dead inside arcs over the top of the skull, but caffeinated curves under the bottom in thick black bubble letters. Little pink hearts float around the sides and a couple drift up by the cup.
Five threads doing the work. Mid grey fills the skull bone with cross hatch lines giving it some shadow. Theres a soft baby pink covering the beanie and the coffee cup with a slightly darker pink for the shading lines and the heart accents. Heavy black outlines everything and pulls the text together, white catches a few bone highlights.
I made this one after a customer wrote me asking for something for her cafe staff aprons last winter. She runs a little spot near a university so the staff are mostly running on coffee and four hours of sleep. Im not exaggerating when I say I get orders for it every january and again every back to school week in september.
Comes in 5 sizes, 2.58 inch up to 5.51 inch tall. The text reads cleanly from 3.5 inch upward, anything smaller and the but caffeinated curve gets abit cramped. Sweet spot is 4 inch for a left chest hit, thats where it sits best.
Stitches best on lighter solid fabrics where the pink reads, pale grey hoodies and oat cotton tees look proper. Hoop woven cotton with tearaway, swap to cutaway for any stretch knits. Skip dark fabric here since the grey skull wont read against navy or black backgrounds. Drop me a chat if anythings off with the file and Ill repair it.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Cafe staff apronsStitch a 4 inch version on the bib of a black cafe apron and watch your staff actually wear it for the laugh value.
- Oatmeal monday morning teesA 5 inch hit dead centre on a soft oatmeal tee makes the kind of monday morning shirt people grab when they cant be bothered.
- Pale grey hoodie chest hitsPop the 4-in run on the left chest of a pale grey or pink hoodie for a daily wear casual humour piece.
- Coffee shop tote bagsRun the medium size on the side of a natural canvas coffee shop tote, beanie skull facing out toward the world.
- Office desk mug rugsStitch the smallest size onto a square of canvas to make a desk mug rug for your home office or wfh setup.
- Goth girl mood pillow coversPop the 5-in build for a pale pink linen pillow cover for a slightly goth slightly soft girl bedroom decor swap.
- Mug warmer cosy panelsStitch a small version onto a knitted mug warmer sleeve so your morning brew looks the part too.
- Coffee gift set drawstring pouchesA small one on a natural cotton drawstring pouch ties together a coffee themed gift set with beans and a mug.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
