Dog Mama in chunky bold capitals, D and G packed with leopard spots in orange and black, and smack in the middle a big orange paw print takes the place of the O. Below that 'mama' in loose handwritten-style cursive, solid black thread that looks almost like a Sharpie scrawl next to the heavy letterforms above. Its the kind of visual wordplay my customers keep ordering on pet-themed hoodies and totes.

Only 3 colors, so thread changes are minimal and it stitches out fast. The density sits around 1,883 so the leopard spots hold their shape even at the smaller sizes, load it onto a hooped hoodie front and use a tearaway stabiliser, its dense enough that you dont need anything heavier. Stitch count tops out near 68,000 at the largest size, so give yourself time on the bigger placements. Works great on navy fleece too.

Nine sizes available. Pop it on a 5-inch cap panel or scale up to a full hoodie front, both work. Skip anything below 3 inches because the spot detail in the letters starts to fill in. Three colors means fast production on a batch run. Last christmas this was one of the top-selling designs for dog gift sets, so it moves well in the gifting season.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Dog mom hoodies, sweatshirts and crewnecksHoodie front or back placement works brilliantly at the larger sizes, big enough to read from across the room.
  • Baseball cap front panels and trucker hatsAt the smallest size the paw detail still holds well enough for a structured cap front.
  • Tote bags and canvas pouches for pet ownersThe wide horizontal layout fits a tote front panel naturally without needing to resize.
  • Personalised dog walking accessories and leash bagsGood for anyone running a small pet accessories side business, it pairs with a lot of products.
  • T-shirts and tank tops for summer dog eventsWicks through a t-shirt fast at the smaller stitch counts, so production time stays reasonable.
  • Gift items for new puppy owners and breedersThe 'dog mama' theme makes it a go-to for birthday and Christmas gifting in the pet space.
  • Pet boutique branded merchandise and retail stockHigh density and bold outlines mean it photographs well for product listings.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
