Paw print with a heart. Thats the whole thing, and it doesnt need to be more complicated than that. The central pad of the paw either has the heart built into its shape or a small heart sits just above it depending on the size you stitch, but either way the read is instant to any dog owner. Its a wide design relative to its height, sitting around 3.5 inches wide by 2.62 inches tall at the smallest, stretching to 7.5 piece by 5.62 inches at the largest. Only 2 thread colours and a low density of 374 means this is one of the fastest designs to stitch in the range and still comes out clean and graphic on basically any fabric you put it on.
9 sizes, stitch counts open at 6,878 on the small end and reach 15,778 at the 7.5-inch wide version. Relaxed numbers even at the biggest size, so the machine finishes the design without the extended run time of denser pieces. Ive been making pet-themed designs for a while and the paw plus heart combination is one that gets ordered over and over, by dog groomers putting it on aprons, by gift shops doing personalised pet totes, by people who just want a simple pet-love piece on a hoodie pocket. One customer told me she stitches a 4 size onto every dog bandana she sells as a base design and people always ask about it.
Hoop light tearaway under woven cotton, denim, or canvas and the backing removes cleanly after stitching. Use a soft no-show mesh backer on jersey or knit fabric so the 2-colour fill doesnt cause any puckering on the stretch. Run the 4-inch onto a standard tote bag panel without any topping needed because the fill density at 374 is low enough to sit clean on smooth cotton without pile interference. Avoid placing on textured bouclé or heavy terry without a topping layer because the fine heart edge can lose definition in surface loops. Pick any background colour because the 2-colour build lets you swap threads to suit light or dark fabric without any file changes.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
