Single colour black paw print tree, 4 sizes starting at 4.51 by 4.11 inches. Drew this up as a concept design and it clicked straight away. A tree outline built entirely from dog paw prints. No actual branches, no pine texture, just rows of paw prints packed together tightly to form the triangle silhouette. Wide at the base, narrowing row by row up to a pointed apex. At the very top, a small round cartoon dog face acts as the star. Two little ears, two dot eyes, a tiny oval nose. Its minimal but readable even at the smaller sizes.

Each paw print is fully formed inside the mass. You can pick out the large central pad and four toe pads on every individual print. The clever bit is how the sizing steps down as the rows get narrower toward the top, the paws at the bottom are noticeably larger than the ones near the apex, which gives the tree proper perspective without needing any background or outline. Its genuinely one of those concepts that shouldnt work as well as it does.

Single colour, one thread change. Density is 503 stitches per square inch and the stitch count tops out at 25,818 on the 7.51 by 6.84 inch version. Use a standard medium tearaway or cutaway on most fabrics. The density is low enough that knit bases handle it without major distortion if you put a stretch needle in. Pop a water-soluble topping on any loopy fleece so the individual toe pads dont sink. Skip very open-weave linen at the small sizes, the toe pad details will pull.

Black on white linen looks sharp and graphic. Black on red or plaid flannel reads as a proper dog-lover December decoration. Flip it entirely and use white thread on black canvas for an inversion thats just as strong. This is one of those designs a customer spots and says thats exactly what I was looking for because you cant buy it anywhere. I had a woman write me last week saying she'd been searching for a dog design that wasnt a cartoon santa hat on a paw, and this was what she'd been after.

Pick your colour, hoop firmly, and stitch it in one run.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
