Cheeky Dogs Welcome Humans Tolerated stacked sign is a real winner for shop owners and dog people. Dogs rides the top line in a big chunky orange serif, and the o letters get replaced with two paw prints, one for each. Black bouncy cursive Welcome runs underneath, with another paw print sitting inside the lower-case o of Welcome. Then Humans drops below in the same chunky orange and Tolerated tucks under that in a smaller italic.

Two small paw prints float at either side of the layout, like the dog walked through the design just to mark territory. Its a two-colour design only, bright orange and black, but the typography mix carries the whole thing. Real readable from across a porch which is the whole point. Thats kinda the magic.

I drew this one for dog people who keep doormats with funny slogans. Last spring my friend asked me for a doormat-style design for her front porch flag, and her dog ginger snap kept stealing the spotlight in every photo. So I built this with that real dog-house energy in mind. Folks ask about dog quote designs all the time and atleast 4 customers a month buy this exact one. Im not joking.

Stitch on natural osnaburg, ecru hopsack or warm taupe duck cloth for the cleanest doormat look, the orange just glows on warm neutrals. But skip black fabric here, the cursive Welcome word disappears straight into it, dont bother. Run the 5-inch version onto a hoodie chest panel for dog walks, the larger run looks sharp on tote bags and porch flags. Smaller version works on collar tags and bandanas, its real flexible.

Stitch counts run from 7,871 to 19,166 over the nine sizes at a 535 density. Lay a mid-weight cutaway underneath, hoop firm and run a slow rpm through the black script since the satin curves can chew thread when its tight. Two colours so theres no big thread changes mid-stitch.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
