This one lives in the kids fantasy range, I designed it around halloween a couple years back when I was getting requests for non-scary fantasy characters. Seven colours, five sizes ranging from 3.5 inches wide to 7.5 inches, stitch count from 8586 at the smallest up to 24108. The density is 1027 which means it sits well even on lighter-weight cotton without pulling. Teal body with lime belly, the flame puff in coral-red runs as a small satin element that sits proud of the fabric.
Tearaway stabiliser works on most woven fabrics here, the stitch count isnt heavy enough to need cutaway on firm cotton. One customer used this on a whole set of kids backpacks for a school fair, she stitched the 4.5 inch version and watched the outline survive wash after wash without any ghosting. Best placement is chest front on a kids sweatshirt or front pocket of a backpack. Skip the topping unless youre working on a heavily textured surface like polar fleece. Add a light underlay pass before the teal body fill so the base colour stays vivid on dark fabrics.
Use the 3 in micro on small items like hat fronts or pencil case flaps, the satin outlines stay sharp at that scale. Message me if a colour substitution is needed and Ill send the thread map with your preferred brand equivalents.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

- School backpack front pocketThe 4.5 inch version fits a standard backpack front pocket, topping not needed on smooth nylon.
- Child's hat crown centreThe 3.5-in size for a hat crown, hooped with a firm stabiliser to keep the low-profile shape.
- Fantasy party bags for kidsStitch the 4-in detail on canvas party bags with tearaway backing, fast and clean for runs.
- Pencil case flap accentThe 3.5-in centre on a pencil case flap, satin outlines stay sharp even at that small scale.
- Kids costume chest badgeUse as a chest badge element on a kids halloween or fantasy costume, stitch on felt for easy attachment.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
