Knocked out this design for people who want a valentines heart that has some attitude to it. Its a wide horizontal heart outline with XOXO sitting inside in bold satin lettering and then paint drips running off the bottom edge. The proportions are deliberately squat and wide, around 7.5 inches across but only 2.65 inches tall on the largest size, so it sits like a banner rather than a typical centred heart.
Three colours in total, the main red for the heart fill and XOXO text, a slightly warmer tone on the drips so they read as separate and dimensional, then a dark outline pulling everything together. Stitch count goes up to 15,433 on the large size. Six thousand odd stitches on the smallest. Not the most complex stitch count but the density is 777 so the satin sections stitch up with real weight.
This design looks best on a hoodie chest or a sweatshirt in a placement that lets the wide format breathe. Centred on a tshirt at chest height also works well. I get messages from people using this for non-valentines stuff actually, the drip element fits graffiti and streetwear themes year round. Street-art vibes. Done.
Use heavyweight cutaway hoodies and fleece because the satin fill needs solid backing. Tearaway works on woven cotton if you back it properly. Avoid dark red fabric because the red thread disappears.
Text me if theres any file issue, or if you need me to flip the orientation for a specific placement and Ill rework that.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Valentines hoodie chest printThe wide format is made for hoodie chest placement where it spans the full chest width without feeling cramped or too small.
- Streetwear tshirt graphicIt reads as a streetwear graphic as much as a valentines print so it works for non-seasonal use without looking out of place.
- Tote bag wide-format printOn a canvas tote the horizontal format fills the bag face naturally and the XOXO reads clearly from a distance.
- Sweatshirt front placementCentred on a plain sweatshirt in white or grey the red and dark outline pop clearly without needing any other design element.
- Couples matching jacket printAs a matching left-chest print on 2 jackets its subtle enough that it reads as shared detail rather than couple announcement.
- Valentines party apparelFor a valentines party where everyone wears matching shirts this design works well because it scales down cleanly to the smaller sizes.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
