Drew up this eagle head for folks who want something bold on a jacket or cap without going cartoon. Its rendered in line art style, the feathers have individual directional stitching so they actually look like feathers rather than a flat fill patch. The beak is yellow, the head is white, the body feathers go from medium brown down to near-black, and the whole thing has a sharp eye with a golden ring around the iris. Solid bird art, no filler shapes.

Eight colours in the full version. The feather regions are stitched with density-graded directional fills so lighter sections on the head stay white and clean while the darker neck feathers graduate properly. Density is 497 overall, manageable on most mid-weight fabrics. Tape a firm cutaway underneath, the neck fan at the base has some dense column work and it needs that backing support. Ive run this on denim jackets, heavy canvas, and structured baseball caps and it held clean every time. Dont try it on a thin cotton tee without a cutaway or the fill will distort. Run it on the structured hat fabric youre using, not a floppy blank, the crown needs to be stable under the hoop.

Five sizes, 3.51 to 7.51 inches wide, near-square at each size. Stitch counts from 14440 on the small up to 27823 on the large. running it at 7 inches on a jacket back panel looks genuinely impressive. my workhorse software did the digitising work with full underlay per colour zone and careful bobbin tension notes in the file.

One customer who sells wildlife prints at weekend markets told me earlier this year they started offering embroidered tote bags alongside their prints, the 5 inch eagle on canvas tote sells really well as a pair with their photography prints. Theyre getting repeat buyers specifically for the tote. Pair it with an italic script name above or below for a personalised patriotic or hunting gift. Use the compact sizes for cap fronts, the detail holds down to 3.5 inches on a structured cap with medium-weight cutaway.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
