Hoop on the straight grain or the scroll elements drift sideways. Single black thread throughout, no colour changes, no bobbin fuss. Black rayon or polyester thread keeps the lines crisp through washing and doesnt fade on light fabric.

Try it on a white cotton shirt sleeve, cream linen tote strap, muslin sachet, pale sage napkin border. Light fabrics let the outline work breathe.
