Twenty-seven colours in 27281 stitches packed into 3.25 inches wide, density sitting at 373, thats genuinely high for something this size. I had a customer last october who runs a boutique alterations shop ask me for a pumpkin that could go on a velvet table runner and still look formal enough for an upscale halloween event. What came out of that conversation took a lot of testing. Nine rounds of tweaking later, I landed on a single size that holds the filigree cleanly.
Digitising in embroidery software meant I could layer the satin passes directionally on each rib panel separately, giving that dimensional carved look. Density is high so dont skimp on stabiliser, use a cutaway on anything thats going to stretch or a firm tearaway on woven fabric like linen or canvas. Topping is a good idea on velvet or any pile fabric, really. Run the bobbin tension slightly looser than normal so the dense underlay doesnt pull.
But you do need a needle upgrade for dense work like this. Drop down to a size 75/11 sharp needle, not a ballpoint, and slow the machine to around 600 spm for the densest passes. The colour changes are alot to manage, lil bunches of thread trimmed between each section, so plan your thread pulls in advance and ya wont get tangled. Pair with 40wt polyester thread for colour vibrancy on the orange passes.
Drop me a note if the file gives you trouble on your machine brand and Ill check the settings match your format.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
