Came up with this heart wreath because I wanted something christmassy but also romantic rather than just jolly. The wreath itself is shaped into a heart outline using real botanical elements, holly sprigs with berries, pine stems, small flowers, all layered and arranged to hold that heart silhouette. Its not a flat clipart version, the leaf fills have directional stitching so the foliage looks like actual foliage.
Four colours in total, deep greens for the leaves and stems, red for the berries, a warm gold or cream for the smaller flower accents, and a darker thread for the lettering. Density hits 790 across the piece which is on the higher end, theres alot of detail packed into the botanicals. Stitch range goes from 17,934 on the 3.23 inch size up to 41,049 on the 6.92 inch, so the large version is a proper project, gonna take a bit to run.
I made this one kinda just for someone who told me she wanted a christmas design her mum would actually want hanging on the wall. She put the 6 inch design on cream linen and framed it. Customers have been ordering this for cushion covers and personalised christmas gifts throughout the holiday season.
Use a cutaway stabiliser on this one, especially on the larger sizes. The density at 790 means youll want solid backing to keep everything crisp and flat. Woven cotton, linen, and medium weight denim all stitch well. Avoid anything with a loose weave for the detailed botanical sections or the satin fill can sink.
Comes in 5 sizes, 3.23 inches up to 6.92 inches wide. All 4 colours are separate thread changes so you can customise the palette if you want to swap the red for burgundy or the green for a darker forest shade. Send me a photo if you do something similar, Im genuinely curious how it turns out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
