So the whole design reads as one piece, a baby reindeer standing in profile with its head tilted up toward a cluster of curling vines and hexagonal snowflakes that swirl around it. Single aqua colour, no fills changing, just one continuous stop. Its a papercut feel, where the negative space carries alot of the visual weight. The vine flourishes loop down past the reindeer and a big snowflake tucks under its belly like its standing on ice.

Wilcom EmbroideryStudio handled the work, the satin sweeps along the curling vine stems and a lighter fill density of 423 covers the snowflake hexagons so they dont brick up on cotton. Stitch range runs from 9,295 on the smallest 3.05-inch version up to 20,729 on the largest 6.53-inch. Sizes step through 5 hoops, 3-inch, 4-inch, 5-inch, 6-inch, 6.5-inch wide. Tajima format as the source, plus the usual 7 other machine files in the zip.

One customer told me she stitched the 4-inch size on a powder blue cotton tote last christmas as a gift for her sister-in-law and it ended up being the favourite present that morning. Heres the trick on this one, the snowflake tips have alot of tiny outward-pointing arms so you need medium cutaway underneath or those tips lift on softer fabric.

Pop the smallest size on a knit beanie cuff and it sits like a little embroidered patch. Skip dark navy or black fabric with the aqua thread because the contrast goes muddy under warm light. Use poly thread aswell since rayon scuffs on the vine tips after a couple of washes. Hit me up if your machine reads any of the trims funny, ill rework the stop file for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
