Two colours, 10,578 stitches at the smallest size, a confident outline of a womans face and silhouette -- line art portraits are one of those designs that look like they took alot more effort than they actually do to stitch. Density at 626 so the line work has proper weight on the fabric. The stroke is bold enough to read at 2.16 inches wide but it scales right up to 4.62 inches wide without losing any of that crisp editorial quality. Five sizes in the file, stitch counts from 10,578 up to 21,736 depending on size.

Text me or send me a message if you recieved a format that wont open and Ill get the right one to you, a customer just last week had a compatibility issue and we sorted it quickly.

The underlay on line art like this is everything -- if its under-stitched the lines look thin and wobbly, but Ive run proper satin underlay along every stroke so the final result looks tight. Use a medium cutaway stabiliser and the design holds its shape through washing without any distortion on the curves of the face. Stitch on denim or canvas without a topping, the weave is dense enough that the outline satin sits right on the surface. Avoid lightweight jersey for this one -- the pull from the satin sections causes the lines to shift unless you go heavy on the cutaway.

Best uses Ive seen for this: left chest on a plain black or white t-shirt, the front panel of a structured tote, or a small zip pouch for a fashion gift set. Pop it on a cap in the 3 inch size and its suprisingly clean. One minimal line. Text me through the shop contact if a customer order needs a different thread tone and Ill confirm the colour code.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Left chest t-shirt fashion embroiderythe 3-in detail on a left chest t-shirt in black thread on white cotton reads like a fashion brand logo.
  • Structured tote front panel artUse the 4.5-in print on a kraft shopper bag front panel with firm cutaway for clean registration.
  • Denim jacket back yoke placementthe small 4-in on a denim back yoke needs a sharp needle and medium cutaway to handle the tight weave.
  • Zip pouch for fashion gift setThe 2.5-in print on a zip pouch front adds a chic editorial touch to a simple gift set item.
  • Baseball cap front art panelThe 2.16 inch size on a structured cap front panel in matching thread is subtle but distinctive.
  • Linen shirt chest embroideryStitch the 3.5-in motif on linen shirt chest area using a light-weight cutaway for breathable fabric.
  • Framed hoop fashion artThe 4.5 inch version in a 6-inch wooden hoop with natural linen backing makes a wall-ready art piece.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
