Two feathers curving inward to form a heart, each one drawn in single line art with barbs flowing off the central quill in fine strokes. The quills meet at the bottom point and the soft feather tips arc upward to make the top lobes of the heart silhouette. Single orange thread, no fill anywhere, the whole piece reads as a confident pen drawing thats been transferred to thread.

One colour orange thread only, zero swap zero pause. Stitches go 8,148 at the smallest 2.75 inch up to 18,106 at the largest 6.41 inch wide. Density at 403 means its medium light, the line work and feather barbs do the visual lifting without packing in heavy fill. 45 trims occured during stitch out so auto trim on the machine saves a snipping marathon.

I get messages alot from boho craft sellers running market stalls in summer, this design moves well for festival pouches, dreamcatcher pillows, that boho aesthetic thats everywhere on etsy. One customer in june told me shes stitched the 4 inch on twelve canvas pouches in burnt orange thread on sand cotton for a craft fair, sold every one before friday afternoon hit.

Best on cotton canvas, sand linen, oatmeal cotton, cream tee. Skip dark fabric, orange thread fades into navy or charcoal. Pop tearaway under woven fabric, switch to mesh wash topping if youre running on jersey or fleece. Use a 70/10 sharp needle so the barb strokes stay crisp at the smaller 3 inch size, the lines are fine enough that a heavy needle punches visible holes either side. Try swapping the orange thread for rust burgundy or mustard if youve got a warmer fabric palette to match.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
