Came up with this one as a kinda companion piece to the santa hat version, but this ghost dog has got christmas tree ornaments, string lights and lil baubles floating around its round white body. Its more decorated overall, 9 colours compared to six, so theres more going on visually but in a fun chaotic holiday way rather than a tidy way.

5 sizes, starting at 3.5 inches wide and going up to 7.5 inches. Stitch counts run from 7,221 on the smallest up to 19,750 on the biggest. The density is 638 so its a moderately complex stitch-out. Digitised in Wilcom and the colour changes are pretty smooth, but give yourself 9 thread swaps on the larger sizes. Use a cutaway stabiliser on anything stretchy and a firm tearaway on stable wovens like cotton twill or denim.

Send me a message if something doesnt look right when you open the file, Im usually pretty quick to respond. A customer this christmas season was gonna use it for her kids matching pyjama tops and she really loved how the small 3.5 inch version looked on the chest pocket area, really cute on white cotton jersey.

Pick light or neutral backgrounds so the 9 colour details really show up. Cream, oatmeal, light grey and white all work well. Avoid dark backgrounds unless youre confident in your thread contrast choices, the baubles and string lights kinda just disappear on black or navy.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
