Heres the flaming dinosaur skeleton design and its built for the metal-rock crowd. T-rex skeleton in side profile, mouth open, racing left to right inside a massive horizontal fire trail. The flame tail stretches out behind the spine and tail-bones like its been doing 90 down a desert highway. About 7.5 inches across at the largest size.
The bones run ivory cream with a faint olive-green tint on the skull and ribs which gives it that creepy radioactive vibe. Flames layer in orange over mustard yellow with crimson edge shadows. Seven colours total, the directional stitching on the flames really catches light when its hooped on a black tee.
One customer last summer ordered the 6 inch version for a custom motorcycle club back patch and the orange held up beautifully on heavy black canvas. People keep asking me about this one for halloween rocker costumes too. Looks great on burgundy denim jackets aswell, the green skull tint pops against the dark cloth.
Stitch it on dark fabric only. Black, charcoal, navy, burgundy, deep olive. Skip cream or pastel cotton because the ivory bones disappear right into the background. Skip jersey too unless you want the flames warping at speed.
Density is honest, about 13k stitches small to nearly 30k at the biggest size, and a heavy cutaway stabiliser is non-negotiable here. The flame fills are dense and directional, run polyester thread for colour fastness and slow your machine on the bone joints. Flame tips first, skull last.
One last thing. Drop a fast message when the flame jumps go weird, ill rebuild the colour stops same day so you dont miss your batch order.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
