An open book, pages spread wide, and out of those pages wildflowers are growing. Not a neat bouquet, more like they sprouted there, dark green stems going different heights, a pink clover-type bloom on the left, a red one further in, a blue daisy dead centre, magenta feathery stems on the right side, a dandelion clock on the far right that looks like it might blow off any second. The pages themselves are stitched in a pale grey-white satin, spine in orange. Below the whole arrangement, in loose black cursive script, the words Just One More Chapter in two lines, the word Chapter dropping below on its own line in bigger lettering.

7 colours and the density is 390 per square inch which is on the lower end, meaning it stitches out with a lighter, more airy feel than a dense filled design. The botanical stems and the script both use fine running and stem stitches rather than broad satin, so the finished piece has that hand-embroidery texture to it. 6 sizes, the smallest is about 4 by 5 inches and the biggest goes to 8.5 by 10 inches. Stitch count goes from around 15k to 33k.

I get a lot of orders for this one around the holiday period, people buy it for friends who are big readers, teachers, librarians. A customer who runs a small bookshop messaged me in november to say she stitched it on a canvas book sleeve and had three people in the shop the same week ask where she got it. Thats always nice to hear. The lettering is what makes it, the way Chapter drops and sits alone on the lower half gives the whole piece that kind of book-title layout feel.

Use a lightweight tearaway stabiliser on woven cotton, the low density means you dont need a heavy backing. Hoop the fabric smoothly because the script lettering needs a flat base or the cursive loops can distort. Pale fabric works best for this design, natural linen, white cotton, soft sage green. Skip dark backgrounds because the pale page fill and the white page edges wont show. Avoid dense knit as the running stitch stems look messy on stretchy fabric.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
