Three mushrooms grow up out of a loose bouquet of flowers, which is not how any of this works in real life but thats exactly what makes it work as an embroidery design. The tallest mushroom at the back has a small orange fan-shaped cap, the pink cone-hat one sits to the left on a thin straight stem, and the main mushroom in the centre is the standout one. Big pink rounded cap, orange spots across the top, teal gills underneath where the stem connects. That teal detail is what makes people stop and look twice.

Below the mushrooms the flowers cluster together like a proper cut arrangement. 2 large pink daisy-type heads with deep orange satin centres take up most of the lower half. Small orange 5-petal flat blossoms fill the gaps and a handful of vivid green leaves point outward at different angles to frame everything. Its not symmetrical and its not trying to be. The composition leans slightly left which gives it that casual picked-from-a-garden feeling.

6 colours run in sequence, adding up to around 14.4k stitches on the smallest size and 28.7k on the largest. Use a woven cutaway on soft cotton jersey or knit fabrics so the cluster holds its shape across the wide horizontal span. Pop the topping film on before you hoop if youre going on anything with texture, because those orange spots on the pink cap need clean coverage to read right. Woven cotton and canvas tote fabric run clean with just a woven tearaway. Skip cap embroidery on this one since the cluster composition needs a flat surface to read correctly.

Customers keep asking about this constantly from the cottagecore crowd, and last autumn a customer told me she stitched it onto a denim jacket back panel and wore it to a craft fair where 5 people asked where she got it. Text me if a colour isnt reading right and ill sort it quickly.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Cottagecore tees and crop topsStitch it on the chest of a cream or sage green tee and the 6-colour palette pops without needing any additional graphics around it
  • Tote bags for farmers markets or nature walksRuns well centred on a canvas tote where the wide horizontal arrangement fills the front panel without going all the way to the edges
  • Denim jacket back or chest pocket patchesEmbroider on the back of a denim jacket or as a large chest patch to build out a botanical fantasy look panel by panel
  • Cushion covers for a whimsical bedroomPlace it on a linen cushion cover and prop it on a bed or window seat for an earthy, storybook-inspired bedroom corner
  • Kids nature-themed clothingThe whimsical proportions work especially well on kids cotton overalls or a small canvas backpack for school or outings
  • Apron embroidery for cottage-kitchen vibesStitch across the chest panel of a linen apron for a kitchen that leans toward the forager-cottage aesthetic
  • Hoop art for a boho wall galleryHoop in a 7-inch frame with natural linen or cream cotton and hang it as part of a nature-themed gallery wall in a studio or bedroom

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
