This one took me a properly long time to digitise, the floral fill inside the paw shape needs the directional stitching to flow with each petal individually or the whole thing reads muddy. Six colours, density runs 539 which is mid-heavy, and stitches go from 14579 on the 3-in up to 28661 running 7.5-in version. Five sizes total.
I drew this last year for a regular running a pet rescue and wanted merch for her fundraiser. She needed something that read as a paw print from across the room but had more visual interest than a flat silhouette. The mix of daisies, roses, and leaves works because each flower is sized small enough to fit inside the toe pads without crowding, but the colour blocks keep the paw outline crisp. Going with poly 40 for the colour brightness. Thats kinda how I prefer it actually. Im responsive about file snags. Im sticking with poly 40-weight colour the for pop.
a customer ordered the design for her vet clinics staff aprons. She ran a 6 inch on canvas aprons in the full colour scheme and said clients keep asking where she got em made. Another buyer did the 4 inch on cotton tee chests for a dog grooming business gift, ran each tee in a different background colour. Heavy density needs a proper cutaway, no shortcuts. Tearaway will pucker and the paw pads will distort. Switch needles after every full run.
Hoop on medium cutaway for stable cotton, heavy cutaway for any knit or stretch. Wash-away topping over fleece or terry to keep the flower edges from sinking. Slow yer machine speed on the larger sizes, 28661 stitches is alot and tension drift can creep in if yer running flat out. Test on scrap before yer final fabric if its a project that matters.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
