A clean circle ring drawn in thin outline, with two clusters of anemone flowers and slender pointed leaves nesting into opposite quadrants of the ring. Top-right cluster hangs down off the ring edge, bottom-left cluster bursts up and over. The circle line itself dips visually behind the flowers so it reads less like a hard frame and more like a botanical halo. Open negative space sits in the dead centre for whatever you want to add, a name, a baby weight, a single initial.

Single colour black thread, one stop, no swaps. Density at 124 because its mostly running stitch on the outline and double-run on the flower petals. Five sizes ladder from 3.25 to 6.96 inch wide, 3,758 stitches at smallest, 6,491 at biggest. Height runs taller than width, 3.5 to 7.5 inch, so the bounding box is roughly square but leans vertical. I digitised it in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with a triple-run on the main ring so the circle pulls firm, and single-run on the leaf veins to keep them whispery. Light tearaway stabiliser is all youll need on cotton or linen.

I get DMs about this design from people doing birth announcement hoops, last spring one customer ordered it for her nieces christening, she ran the 5 inch size on cream linen with the babys name in cursive added below the wreath in dusty mauve thread. She told me the round frame made the whole hoop feel like a halo around the name.

Stitch on linen, cotton lawn, broadcloth, pillowcase fabric, light canvas. Avoid fleece and any napped knit, the fine running outline disappears into the pile. Skip stretch jersey for the bigger 6 inch size, the circle distorts if the fabric pulls under the needle. Pair with a centred name in a contrast colour like sage, soft black or warm cocoa. The 4 inch size hoops easy in a 4x4 and leaves a 1 inch wide centre for a short word or initial.

Dm me before you buy if youd rather see the centre opening scaled wider for a longer name, ill resize the ring for ya.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
