And honestly this one is alot more detailed than it looks in the preview. 5 sizes from 3.06 to 6.55 inches, single black thread, spooky fall aesthetic that works on black cotton or dark denim. The skull sits centre of the composition and its completely framed by botanical elements, loose roses up top, layered petals around the cheeks, trailing leaves and smaller buds filling the negative space underneath. Theres no gap in the design, its all locked together like a tattoo flash illustration you'd see on dark academia merch.

Its a single colour design so you dont get any thread swaps mid-run. Everything stitches out in one pass, black on whatever ground fabric you pick. I digitised this in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio and the density sits at 566, so theres enough fill in those botanical petals to read clearly without going stiff on lighter cotton or linen. Back the piece with a sturdy cutaway before you load the design, the satin column work on the skull edge needs that support or you'll get distortion on the smaller 3.06 inch version.

13,169 stitches at the small end and 27,857 at the full size. A customer last halloween ordered three of my gothic skull pieces and stitched all of em onto a black canvas tote for a market stall, she said the botanical floral version got the most comments. Add it to black denim, dark canvas, or charcoal fleece and that one black thread pops hard. Skip white or cream fabric if you want that moody fall gothic contrast to land.

Back it with a medium to heavy cutaway and use a crisp black 40wt polyester thread. Pick the 4.7 inch version for a back-pocket jean patch or go full 6.55 for a front-panel tote or bag.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
