Front-facing woman, long wavy hair flowing down past the chest in soft black strands. Up top she has a floral crown across the eyes, one big star daisy front and centre with an open rose tucked beside it and dark pointed leaves fanning out the sides. The mouth is closed and the right hand is up against the lip, index finger raised, the universal shhh pose. Library energy, soft secret, librarian-with-flowers vibe.
Single colour run. Black thread top to bottom, no colour swaps mid-stitch and the machine runs through without interruption. Three sizes only on this file, 4-inch 5-inch and 6-inch, stitch counts from 5,806 up to 8,474. Density 380 which is moderate, the design is mostly line work but the leaves and hair tips have darker satin fill which bumps the count slightly. Ive digitised it in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio with thin tatami underlay on the leaf shapes so they sit flush against the line work.
Watch the long hair strands, theyre the danger zone on this one. Each strand is a tapered satin column running long and they need a firm fabric base or theyll pucker the cotton between them, send me message before you run it on stretchy fabric if youre unsure on the stabiliser pick. Use medium cutaway behind cotton, fusible cutaway behind tee jersey, water-soluble topping over linen with any open weave. Avoid waffle and chunky knits, the hair catches.
Best on cream, ivory, blush, dusty pink, sage, or champagne where the black hair frames cleanly. The 5-inch is the sweet spot for a cosmetic pouch or pillow corner. One customer wrote me before mothers day, she ran the 4-inch on a set of library tote bags for her local book club, three colours of cream canvas, hooped each with medium cutaway, and they sold out at her first meet.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
