So this 3.5 inch floral wreath frame is one I drew thinking about shop signs and family-name hoops, basically anything that needs an empty centre to drop initials or a date into. The braided twig ring goes around the top half in a warm woody brown and the bottom gets crowded with three big coral pink lilies, orange stamen tips and a bunch of pointed green leaves spilling either side. Its got alot of garden energy without going full cottage.

Lilies themselves stitch out with proper directional satin so theyve got actual petal fold lines, not just a flat pink fill. Twig ring uses a tatami underlay and Ive laid the brown thread abit darker on the inner braid so it reads as woven rope and not a solid donut. And the leaves keep two greens going, a brighter mid green up front and a darker forest green tucked behind, which gives the bottom cluster real depth.

I get messages every spring about wreath designs for embroidered hoops people gift to their mum or their nan, and this one keeps coming up cos the open middle works for monogram letters or a small date. Last easter a customer stitched the 7.51 inch size on a 14 by 14 hoop wall piece, dropped a hand lettered family name in the centre and gave it as a housewarming. Looked properly lovely.

Stitch counts run from 13,305 on the smallest hoop up to 31,463 at the full 7.51 inch size, with 5 thread changes total. Flower density is the heaviest section at around 572 stitches per square cm, so I wouldnt push this onto thin jersey or stretchy knits cos the petals will pucker. So go with medium weight cotton, linen or canvas, hooped firm with a fresh cutaway stabiliser underneath.

Pop white, cream or sage green fabric under it and the coral really sings. Avoid pink or red backgrounds because pink petals basically vanish into red cloth. Holler in the chat if your file misbehaves on your machine and Ill rework it for whichever format your software needs.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
