Two little girls sat shoulder to shoulder on a tree branch, backs to you. One's in powder blue with a blue bow, the other in dusty pink with a matching bow. Both have their hair up in loose buns and each dress has a tiny golden heart at the front you can just about see from behind. Small blue hearts float all around them like the air's genuinely chuffed about their friendship.

The perspective is what makes it. You dont see their faces at all, its all back detail, the bows, the hair strands, the slight lean of one girl toward the other. A choice like that gives it a quiet, caught-in-a-moment feel that doesnt try too hard. Bare winter branches frame both sides, a few thin twigs stretching out to suggest a whole tree without cluttering the composition.

Thirteen colours at 831 stitches per square inch means this stitches dense. Biggest size is 7.5 by 6.45 inches at just over 40k stitches, smallest comes in at 4.5 by 3.87. Use a medium-weight cutaway and slow down on the bow sections, thats where the colour changes stack up fast. Satin on the bows needs firm hoop tension or they'll pucker at the edges. One customer told me she ran the 7-inch on ivory cotton poplin for a daughters birthday quilt panel and it came out properly lovely, her words not mine.

Pale backgrounds work best. Soft white, warm cream or light grey let the pastel palette read cleanly. Avoid busy prints underneath, the scattered heart detail gets swallowed. Drop me a message if you need help working out the colour sequence and Ill share the stitch sequence notes.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
