This one is kinda just what it says, happy halloween in big cheerful letters. No skull, no ghost, no drama. I get messages every year from people who want a halloween design thats really really fun to stitch but doesnt take three hours. This is it. 6,657 stitches at 3.5 inches wide, five colours, done.

I digitised this in Wilcom using a low density of 134, which sounds low but its intentional. The font is thick and bubbly so you dont need heavy fill to get coverage, and a lighter density means the design stitches out fast and doesnt drag on thin cotton. I customised the letter spacing abit so the whole thing reads in one clean pass with no gaps between the orange fill and the black outline. Use poly-mesh under on woven or linen. Hoop it once, run it, done, no underlay fuss needed on stable fabrics.

Its a text design so placement flexibility is really the whole point. Stitch it across the chest of a sweatshirt, on a trick-or-treat bag, on a table runner, on a kids pillowcase, any flat stable fabric is gonna work fine. Avoid stretchy fabrics without cutaway backing or the letters are gonna shift mid-stitch. Pair with a 75/11 needle on cotton, 80/12 on canvas. The five colours are gonna be orange, black, white plus two accent shades, a pretty quick colour change set up. Send me your machine type if you hit any format issues and Ill get the right file to you straight away.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
