Designed this one last spring specifically for the kids transport range. Theres a real demand for duck designs right now and combining it with a jeep gave it a lil bit of extra story. A yellow cartoon duck sitting behind the wheel of a chunky boxy jeep, wearing goggles, looking like its about to head off on a big adventure. Five colours in the design: yellow duck body, orange bill, olive green jeep, charcoal outlines, red accent trim. Stitch count is 18,146 at the smallest and 48,895 at the full 7.51 inch width.
Cotton twill and canvas are the best fabrics for this one. The jeep outline is built with a dense satin stitch at about 976 density so you want a stable substrate. Hooped with a cutaway stabiliser on the back and a light topping film on top if your fabric has any texture. The bobbin tension matters here because those outline stitches are doing a lot of work keeping the shapes clean. Pair this with any contrasting thread colour for the jeep body and ya get a really different look each time.
One customer put this on a bunch of denim tote bags for a daycare going-away gift set and it looked brilliant. She used 3 colours from a bunch she already had and swapped out the olive for a bright teal, which worked great against natural canvas. The duck reads as the star even at 3.51 inches. Five sizes from 3.51 to 7.51 inches. Ping me if any file in the download bundle wont open and Ill get you a replacement straight away.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Toddler backpack front panelUse the 4 inch size on a backpack front, topping film prevents the cotton from pulling under dense fill.
- Kids cotton t-shirt chestThe 5 inch version centres nicely on a toddler chest, satin underlay keeps jersey from stretching.
- Nursery wall art hoop frameStitch the 6 inch version in a hoop frame with cotton muslin backing for a nursery wall display.
- Boy birthday party favour pouchThe 3.51 inch size fits small canvas pouches, cutaway stabiliser gives clean edges at small scale.
- Denim mini tote bag for daycarePlace the 7.51 inch version on natural canvas tote, the olive jeep pops well against undyed fabric.
- Baby sweatshirt left chestLeft chest placement on a baby sweatshirt works well at 4 inches with firm cutaway stabiliser.
- Kids room curtain tie-back appliqueUse the large size as a tie-back applique piece on kids curtain panels, hoop with medium-weight stabiliser.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
