Its a Christmas carol riff and it works exactly because its so obvious once you read it. 'Furry and Bright' stacked in bold display lettering with decorative accents carries that classic holiday word-art look. 2 colours in the whole design, which is actually what makes it versatile. Just 7264 stitches at the chest size up to 15216 at the largest, and 5 total sizes from 3.5 inches reaching 7.5 in.
Density sits at 282 per square inch which is on the lower end, and that genuinely helps on softer fabrics. The satin column letterforms stitch out sharp on linen, cotton canvas and fleece without any of that thread pulling you get on denser designs. Customising it for different colourways is easy too, red on white is the obvious one but Ive seen people stitch it in navy on cream and it looks really warm and Scandi. I get messages every november asking for good pet christmas puns and this is one of the designs I always point people toward.
Reach out on chat if you want to talk about thread substitutions before you stitch. Use a medium tearaway stabiliser on woven fabrics. Cutaway is better for anything stretchy or fluffy like fleece or french terry. Hoop tightly and make sure the underlay is clean before the satin columns run, or the edges wont sit crisp.
Stitch the full 7-in on a cream wool blanket square and its genuinely gorgeous. Add it to a pet bandana for the dog wearing it on christmas morning. Use the small 3.5 on a flat cap or tote bag pocket. Skip very dark backgrounds unless youre adding a white topping over the fill areas first. Reach me if the file throws errors or the stitchout looks wrong and Ill fix it quick.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
