12,746 stitches in just four colours, digitised in Wilcom at a density of 191. Four colours means a fast stitch-out, minimal stops, no complicated colour sequencing, and the density is reasonable enough for cotton tees, canvas totes, and light sweatshirt fabric. At 3.51" wide by 2.94" tall its a solid left-chest or centre-chest size for adult shirts. Stitch it on a medium-weight cotton for best results, use tearaway stabiliser on wovens and cutaway on anything with stretch.
I get messages every october from pet owners ordering this for matching sets, one shirt for themselves and one stitched on a little dog bandana in the same session. One customer ordered matching shirts for herself and her husband last year and stitched a tiny version on their cats bandana aswell. Makes me laugh every time. The white satin ghost bodies have a clean flat underlay built into the digitising so they sit without bubbling, youll be fine as long as your bobbin is wound correctly before you start.
Avoid a loose bobbin, white fill areas show uneven tension immediately. Pop it on black for maximum contrast. Stitch multiples back to back without re-hooping if youre running a family set. Four colours. Low cost per piece if youre doing a whole run of shirts.
